Are there any guarantees?

Yes. We have a customer service satisfaction guarantee. We do the job 
just the way you want it. As it is listed on the contract. We won't stop 
unless you tell us to do it. Regarding warranties, yes there are some. 
Included in the contract you should see that the certain products 
we install, make or improve, will last.

If a certain product gets damaged or broken 
Olivos Property Perfection, Inc. will replace it free of charge.

How much for an estimate?
It's free. 

We don't charge anything for estimates. 
We would give you as many as you want. No matter what type of
contract. It could be big or small. We'd love to do it for you 
professionally and with quality. We travel to you. 

How long would it take for an estimate? 
Once we're on your property, it could take anywhere 
between 10 - 60 minutes depending on the size of the job. 

How would an estimate be done? Could I know by phone?

Yes. We may be able to give you an estimate right though 
E-mail or over the phone. It varies. Usually we would need 
to visit the property. 

When will I receive an estimate after I placed an order 
and you've visited me?  
On a average it could take about as little as 1 hour to a week. 
It varies. It takes time for us to find the right products,
if we don't already have it.    

What types of payments do you accept?
Olivos Property Perfection, Inc. accepts all major credit cards, 
personal checks, travelers checks, money orders, PayPal and cash. 

Please keep in mind that we must pay taxes as well. It is state laws. Please

write the checks to Olivos Property Perfection, Inc.

Do you speak Spanish? 

Yes, we, Olivos Property Perfection, can speak Spanish. 

Si, hablamos espanol. We also have people that can interpret any other language.

I don't have money but I want an estimate, is it okay?
Yes. We'd love to give you an estimate so that you 
would know how much it would cost. This way, once you have enough 
money to begin any project you would choose us, Olivos 
Property Perfection, Inc. Also if you don't have the money now, you can 

ask us about construction loan payment plan, if you qualify, we may be able to 

start the job even if you don't have the money.

After receiving an estimate from Olivos Property Perfection, Inc., 
I realized I don't have enough money. What are my options? 
At Olivos Property Perfection, Inc., we have financing 
available for some jobs and to those that qualify. In other words, 

if you don't have money but want to do some type of construction 
on a property,  it's still possible. Olivos Property Perfection, Inc. 
will loan you the money needed to complete the project under 
certain terms. You could sign a promissory note (contract) 
letting Olivos Property Perfection, Inc. be the lender. Afterwards,

we would begin the project and you should be satisfied. You could sign 

a payment plan with us and pay monthly or weekly which ever way 

is more flexible for you.  

Who could qualify to begin financing a project?
The ones who qualify would have to first pass a few tests. 
The test includes of questions about their job occupation, how long 

they have been with that company, their income, and their place of residence. 

We would need to make copies of your identifications as well. We

would need proof of address, a utility bill, bank statement, work ID, 

preferably a copy of your passport and such for security.

To qualify to begin financing a construction project, 
will my credit be checked? 
No. We don't check your credit score. 

How many projects can I finance, after being approved? 
Only one at a time per client in a household.

What type of equipment do you use?

Olivos Property Perfection, Inc. has been selected 
for many customers to design and or construct their 
property. At most times, we use state of the art, 
green and innovative equipment. We have special 
engineers with education and experience. The exact 
tools varies per job. We use permits and proper 
licenses when needed. To use certain types of vehicles, 
we put the right person with the right class of license 
to do drive. There is suppose to be a No-Smoking policy 
that we follow. No smoking of any kind while using 
equipments and even while not using any equipments.

The jobs prices vary and depend very much on what type 
of materials, products and the size of the job.

One main cause of help that we believe help is that we make sure 
that some of our profits goes to the medical field. We donate to 
different organizations that supports the causes to find cures to 
diseases or illnesses such as Cancer, HIV, AIDS, sickle cell, diabetes,

asthma, coronary artery disease, COPD, Tuberculosis, malaria, drug 
addiction treatments, scoliosis, osteoporosis, cerebral palsy, mental 
illnesses, psychological illnesses, and more. We also have people 
part of OPP that are skillful and knowledgable in the healthcare field. 
Some of the people that does construction are also certified and 
licensed in the health care field. We also try to provide 
sweepstakes that support patients. We try to do construction 
with the aim to satisfy each and every client but still keep in 
mind that the health care field is also a section that needs help.
